Shipment dates & wait times
If you subscribe between the 1st and 30th of the month, you will receive the following month’s Art Mail. For example, if you subscribe anytime between May 1–30, your first package will be the June Mail.
Missed a previous month’s release? You can still catch up on past Art Mail collections by visiting the shop and purchasing available previous mails. As a Mail Club member, you’ll also receive exclusive member discounts on eligible shop purchases.
All Art Mail packages are shipped during the first week of each month. After shipment, delivery is expected within up to 14 days for addresses within Switzerland and up to 21 days for international deliveries, depending on your local postal service and location.
Important: please double check your shipping address before checking out as I cannot replace address once it shipped. Wrong address/lost mail can be replace once with a small fee.
Shipping is included in the price and will be ship by stamp- which means it cannot be tracked.
